Breakthrough No-Rinse Sanitizing Multi-Surface Wipe

The First Wipe Effective Against Listeria Monocytogenes
Stop Listeria Hysteria

ORANGEBURG, NY – July 25, 2017 – Sani Professional, the food safety division of Professional Disposables International (PDI), has launched a new & improved no-rinse sanitizing multi-surface wipe into the market.

This is the first and only pre-moistened disposable wipe that is effective against Listeria monocytogenes, a stubborn foodborne pathogen that thrives in cold environments. The battle against Listeria is a serious one.  Per the CDC, 1 in 6¹ or approximately 48 million¹ Americans are sickened by foodborne disease annually.  Over 128,000 people are hospitalized and 3,000 people die each year¹.  Listeria has the highest mortality rate of the most common foodborne pathogens.

The New Sani Professional® No Rinse Sanitizing Multi-Surface Wipes (formerly Sani-Wipe®) kill 99.999% of Listeria monocytogenes in just 60 seconds in addition to other common foodborne pathogens such as >E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus  and  Shigella boydii.  This EPA and NSF D2 registered product reduces the risk of cross contamination in foodservice operations.  Ideal for use on food contact surfaces in both front of house and back of house operations, it is also food code compliant.  These new wipes are available in both canister and softpack formats for an easy to use, convenient sanitizing solution.
