CLEMENT SASEUN, CFS

Clement A. Saseun is the Vice President of Quality & Technical Services for Haliburton International Foods in Ontario, California where he is responsible for directing the overall quality systems and food safety initiatives of the company, as well as formulating the companies short and long-term development and growth strategies.

Prior to Haliburton, Clement served as the Vice President of Quality and Food Safety for Cacique, USA. He has also served as the Global Director of Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Management for DineEquity, Inc. (parent-company for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar and International House of Pancakes – IHOP) where he led a team of quality assurance and supply chain managers worldwide. Clement has served in various quality leadership positions at companies like Golden State Foods, Taco Bell, Heinz, Nabisco and Seven Up Bottling Company.

Clement holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition and Master of Science Degree in Food Science at Chapman University.

Clement is an active member of many professional organizations including: Institute of Food Technologists (holding a Premier Membership and a Certified Food Scientist status), American Society of Quality and International Association for Food Protection.
