Candice Taylor is a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Research & Development with over 26 years of experience in product development and leadership across the Healthcare and FMCG industries. Specializing in surface disinfection, sanitization, and personal care, she is recognized for leading cross-functional global teams to drive innovation and launch successful products aligned with corporate strategies. Currently, at PDI, she oversees R&D initiatives, focusing on unmet market needs and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Previously, she directed product innovation at PDI and held key roles at Reckitt, delivering significant revenue through new product launches. As a co-founder of the Women’s Empowerment Network, she promotes diversity and mentorship for women in leadership. Candice holds a Master of Arts in Chemistry and serves on the Advisory Board for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, dedicating herself to mentoring future leaders and enhancing industry education.
