A Study To Determine The Quat Binding Properties Of Sani Professional® Dry Foodservice Towels Versus Traditional Fabric Bar Towels

A controlled 8-hour study compared the quat-binding properties of Sani Professional® Dry Foodservice Towels (DFT) and 100% cotton bar towels. Results showed DFT binds significantly less quat, preserving more active sanitizer — reducing quat loss by up to three times compared to traditional cotton towels.
